3 Steps to Getting Started
When you request a quote we’ll schedule a call to get some basic info about your project and provide an initial estimate. You can also get a pretty good idea of cost by looking over our standard packages below.
If you decide to move forward, we will write a proposal and provide a final quote. The proposal can be revised until it reflects your true expectations and desires for the project.
When you’re happy with the proposal, you will sign the contract and pay the first half. Then we get to work!

Tell one of your success stories or spotlight one of your heroes with our basic production package. We’ll take care of all the details and deliver a professionally made video that beautifully conveys the impact your organization has.
This package includes up to one day of filming, with up to two interviews and B-roll. The finished video is up to three minutes long, featuring one person.
Event Package

Includes full video coverage of your one day event and a highlight video to get people excited about it.
Two cameras and operators for a single day.
Unedited video footage of stage speakers included.
2-3 minute edited highlight video or promo video.
Brand Story / Promotional Film
Starting at $11,990.
Let your organization shine! Whether it’s for a funding campaign or to introduce yourself to new website visitors, we’ve got you covered.
This package is for two days of filming, including a two person crew, drone footage, B-roll, on site photographer, premium music, and up to five interviews. The finished video can be up to five minutes long and it also comes with a 30 or 60 second social media version.

With all of these packages, options are available to add on other services and expand the project scope.
Video Blueprint Workshop
$600 (Workshop only. Video production not included)
This virtual or in-person workshop will walk your team through exactly what kind of video will work best for your needs.
After the workshop you will receive an outline for your video and a game plan for producing it. You may then either have Mustard Seed Cinema produce the video for you, or take the plan and find another way to produce it. If you choose to have us produce it, your workshop fee will be applied to the video production costs.
Freelance Work
In addition to full production services, freelance filming and DP work is available as well. We are based in the Phoenix / Tempe area, available for filming throughout Arizona and beyond. Inquire below for details.
