We focus on creating story-driven videos for nonprofit organizations. If you have not yet scheduled a discovery call, you can do that below. Before the call, please fill out the project questionnaire as best you can to help us prepare for our time together. Our Process
Discovery Call
We meet with you to understand your goals, audience, timeline, and vision for the project.
Proposal Created & Signed
A customized proposal is developed outlining the project scope, creative direction, timeline, and cost. The 1st payment (50%) is due after signing the proposal.
Onboarding Call
We align on expectations, communication, key milestones, and next steps to ensure a smooth project kickoff.
Pre-Production
Planning and logistics are finalized, including interviewees, scripting/outlining, scheduling, and locations.
Production
Filming takes place. The 2nd payment (35%) is due upon completion of filming.
Post-Production & Revisions
The footage is edited into the final video(s) and reviewed. Most projects include up to 3 rounds of client revisions that remain within the agreed plan for the video. Further changes, or requests that go beyond the original agreement are available at an additional cost. Final payment is due upon final delivery.

The planning stage has a direct impact on the final outcome, so we make it a priority to be part of that process. We are not just someone to show up on the day with a camera, but rather your expert visual storyteller to consult and collaborate with.
Together, we define the goal, audience, and key message upfront — aligning everyone around a shared target and resolving any disconnects early on. This clarity saves time, prevents frustration, and leads to a stronger final film.
We are happy to take on much of the logistics and legwork. Our goal is to make this process as easy and comfortable for you as possible, so let us know how we can best do that.
