Over the years, we've become experts at uncovering authentic stories, crafting compelling narratives, and producing films that inspire donors, engage stakeholders, and advance your mission. But great films aren't created by simply showing up with a camera on the day of the shoot—they're built through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a clear understanding of what success looks like.
That's why we prioritize the discovery and planning process. Together, we'll define your goals, identify your audience, clarify the key message, and align everyone around a shared vision before production begins. This upfront work saves time, prevents miscommunication, and creates a stronger final film.
We'll also take on as much of the logistics and legwork as possible. Our goal is to make the process easy, organized, and enjoyable for your team so you can stay focused on your mission while we focus on telling your story.
If you're only looking for basic video services, there are likely more cost-effective options available. But if you're looking for a strategic creative partner who can help craft a film that moves people and elevates your organization's message, that's exactly what we do best!

We'll start with a discovery call to learn about your organization, your goals, and the story you want to tell.
If everyone feels it’s a good fit, we'll discuss the creative direction, and project scope.
Based on that conversation, we'll prepare a detailed agreement for you to review, outlining the deliverables, timeline, and investment.
Once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received, we'll get to work bringing your story to life.
Pricing & Payments
Our most affordable production package is the Spotlight Video for $6,500. From there, project pricing varies based on the scope of work, number of filming days, and the deliverables required.
If you're not ready to commit to a video project yet, consider our Nonprofit Storytelling Workshop for $675. You'll leave with a clear strategy, a compelling story framework, and a detailed blueprint tailored to your organization's goals—before a dollar is spent on filming or editing.
For organizations looking to create videos on a regular basis, we also offer retainer options for existing clients, starting at $1,549 per month.
The standard payment structure for a video project is 50% due upon signing the agreement, 30% due after all filming is complete, and the remaining 20% due after all final deliverables have been provided.
