We're Nonprofit Storytellers—Not Videographers for Hire
We specialize in one thing: creating powerful storytelling films that demonstrate the real-world impact of nonprofit organizations.
Over the years, we've become experts at uncovering authentic stories, crafting compelling narratives, and producing films that inspire donors, engage stakeholders, and advance your mission. But great films aren't created by simply showing up with a camera on the day of the shoot—they're built through thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a clear understanding of what success looks like.
That's why we prioritize the discovery and planning process. Together, we'll define your goals, identify your audience, clarify the key message, and align everyone around a shared vision before production begins. This upfront work saves time, prevents miscommunication, and creates a stronger final film.
We'll also take on as much of the logistics and legwork as possible. Our goal is to make the process easy, organized, and enjoyable for your team so you can stay focused on your mission while we focus on telling your story.
If you're only looking for basic video services, there are likely more cost-effective options available. But if you're looking for a strategic creative partner who can help craft a film that moves people and elevates your organization's message, that's exactly what we do best!

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Most of our projects fall between $10k and $25k. Our smallest, most affordable package is the Spotlight video starting at $6,500.
The primary factors that affect cost are the number of filming days required and the number of deliverables needed.
-
As a general rule, we recommend signing an agreement three months before you need the finished video.
Every project is different. Some can be completed more quickly, while larger campaigns may require six months or more to properly plan, film, and edit.
-
Absolutely. In fact, helping nonprofits identify and develop the right story is one of the most valuable ways we can serve our clients.
A compelling fundraising video starts long before the cameras come out. We work with you to identify the people, experiences, and moments that will best connect with your audience.
If you're not sure where to begin, we also offer our Nonprofit Storytelling Workshop to help you clarify your message and develop a strategic plan before committing to a project with us.
-
Most of our clients already have someone in-house creating video content. We don't see ourselves as replacing that—we complement it in two important ways:
We bring specialized expertise. We have the storytelling and production experience to take on the larger, more complex projects where strategy and production quality really matter.
We free up your in-house team. Instead of pulling your staff away from the day-to-day content they do well, you can hand off the bigger projects to us while your team continues focusing on their regular content needs.
-
Our standard payment structure is 50% due upon signing the agreement, 30% due after all filming is complete, and the remaining 20% due after all final deliverables have been provided.
For longer-running projects, we often set up monthly payments instead.
-
While most of our work is for nonprofit organizations within Arizona, we do travel throughout the United States.
-
Absolutely. Most clients don't come to us with a finished script or creative vision. We help identify your goals, find the right story, and recommend the type of video that will have the greatest impact.
Next Steps
We'll start with a discovery call to learn about your organization, your goals, and the story you want to tell.
If everyone feels it’s a good fit, we'll discuss the creative direction, and project scope.
Based on that conversation, we'll prepare a detailed agreement for you to review, outlining the deliverables, timeline, and investment.
Once the agreement is signed, we'll get to work bringing your story to life.
You can watch some of our recent videos on our PORTFOLIO page. These could be helpful references when considering what kind of video you want for your organization. A great primer to get you started thinking about the story that you would like to tell is our article, Crafting a Story for Video.
